This is a curry that more-or-less started around the same time Rebecca and I started dating. It’s based roughly off the preparation for Rogan Josh, but it’s been adapted. It’s also probably not an authentic curry, since we’re both pretty white. Still, it is delicious, and—apart from the time involved preparing it—not that difficult.
